Lauren comes from a lineage of Russo's who established numerous businesses that helped build Syracuse. With that backgroud and influence, she opened her first flower shop and gift b

outique on the Syracuse University Hill business district where she created floral design and decor for various occassions, giving her a great vantage point in how events are produced. After five years, she opened a second business that evolved into a wedding planning studio in the Hotel Syracuse. In 2000 her company, The Event Studio, was established and located in Armory Square for eight years where she consulted on and designed countless corporate, marketing, promotional and sport events, fundraisers, weddings and parties. She has had the priveledge of working with the finest service providers that have helped The Event Studio grow outside of the Central New York region to producing events all over the Northeast, earning her the reputation as a top event designer, planner and promoter. Stephanie is a proud graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University with a background in entertainment marketing and public relations. After spending 3 years in spa hospitality at Mirbeau Inn & Spa in Skaneateles, NY and a summer with the marketing department at Merry-Go-Round Playhouse, Stephanie is now specializing in social events and marketing for the Lauren Russo Duby Event Studio.
