Yesterday, our team had the opportunity to give back during United Way of Central New York’s Day of Caring. We were proud to have volunteers lending a hand across the community at the Rescue Mission, YMCA, HumaneCNY, Upstate Oasis, and Arise at the Farm. Thank you to these incredible organizations for the work they do every day—and for letting us be a small part of it.

The renovated gymnasium at Lyme Central School District has become a vibrant hub for athletics, school events, and the entire community. Upgrades including new retractable bleachers, basketball backstops, divider curtains, scoreboards, refreshed court graphics, and bold school branding have created a flexible space designed to support everything from competition to assemblies and performances. Just outside, the adjoining lobby was reimagined with an accessible ramp, updated finishes, new graphics, and improved circulation, creating a welcoming arrival experience that reflects the District’s identity. As part of a larger capital improvement project, these enhancements provide modern, accessible spaces that will serve students and the community for years to come.

Student-athletes deserve spaces that support their success both in competition and in everyday training. At Cortland Enlarged City School District’s Jr./Sr. High School, King + King partnered with the district to modernize key athletic facilities, including renovated locker rooms, wrestling room, weight room, and a new multi-purpose Fitness Center that serves both athletic programs and physical education. These improvements provide functional, accessible spaces that promote wellness, teamwork, and long-term flexibility while enhancing the overall student experience. We’re proud to help create environments that support students as they learn, train, and grow.

Roberts Street Middle School’s renovated cafeteria was redesigned to support the district’s evolving grade configuration while creating a bright, flexible space for students and the community. The full gut renovation relocated the kitchen, improved circulation, and transformed two separate cafeterias into one cohesive environment featuring vibrant finishes, flexible seating, acoustic treatments, and adaptable gathering spaces. As the first completed project of the district’s 2024 Capital Improvement Project, the new cafeteria creates an engaging space designed for both everyday student life and after-school events.

Áhsi' Aesthetics by Rome Health is a new medical aesthetics practice located inside Áhsi' Day Spa at Turning Stone Resort and Casino. The medspa offers advanced luxury aesthetic and wellness treatments, combining Rome Health’s medical expertise with Turning Stone’s luxury spa experience. The space features a warm modern luxury aesthetic with rich wood tones, soft cream textures, and subtle gold accents throughout, creating a serene, upscale spa atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and inviting.

As part of the CNS High School Capital Improvement Project, the gymnasium underwent a comprehensive renovation to modernize this high-use space. Improvements include new athletic wood flooring, safety padding, basketball backstops, bleachers, fresh paint, a new press box, and updated audiovisual equipment. These upgrades enhance functionality, safety, and flexibility for a wide range of athletic activities and events—creating an environment that better supports student-athletes, school programs, and the spectator experience.

Baldwinsville CSD’s 2022 Capital Improvement Project focused on expanding and modernizing the special programing at Durgee Junior High School. FACS was one of the first spaces to be renovated, being relocated adjacent to the new kitchen & cafeteria for expanded learning opportunities and shared resources.
