Gerharz Equipment is a must read and the place I have shop for a very long time! ( I don’t want to say how long)

Training like this helps us stay ahead of evolving kitchen technology. Atosa continues to push efficiency and consistency in commercial kitchens, and we look forward to sharing what’s coming next.

Great company I have been doing business there ( a very long time ) Scott and company are the leaders in design, equipment layout. Stop and shop! It will be a very good experience.
