this literally defines me. one of my staff sent me a text today about something. my response was, “everybody makes mistakes, it’s what we learn from that makes the difference.” creating a winning team isn’t focusing on who is better or achieves more but the quality of work, the attention to detail and the focus on the person, not the position.
