“I know we need training/better systems/more structure…
I just don’t know how we’re supposed to pay for it.”

What many people don’t realize is that there are local workforce grants specifically designed to help businesses grow their teams, improve operations, and invest in skills — but it’s often unclear whether you qualify or where to even start.

I put together a short eligibility check that helps answer one simple question:

👉 Is grant funding even worth pursuing for your business right now?

If you’re feeling stuck between “we need to improve” and “we can’t afford to guess,” this may help.

12/16/25 Update
Emergency Management continues to assess damage from flooding while preparing for another incoming weather system bringing wind and additional rain. There is concern that power outages may impact residents who are already affected by flooding. The next 12–18 hours will be critical.

Current Updates & Resources:

🔴 Emergency Shelter
A Red Cross shelter in Puyallup is open through at least Thursday and will be reassessed after the storm.
Find an open shelter here:

🤝 Volunteers Needed – Please Do Not Self-Deploy
The Red Cross has set up a volunteer registration form on their website.
➡️ Volunteers must register in advance and will be assigned as needed.
➡️ Please do not self-deploy, as teams are still assessing safety at sites.

🚑 Medical Support
The Medical Reserve Corps will be deployed in the Sumner area on Thursday.

🥫 Food Assistance
The Emergency Food Network (EFN) is sending additional pallets of food to Sumner Food Bank, which is serving displaced families.

Please continue to follow official updates from Pierce County Ready and local emergency management. Stay safe, check on neighbors if you can, and thank you for supporting one another during this time.

You don’t need more hours in the day, you need better systems. I work with small business owners who are tired of spinning their wheels trying to do everything themselves.

Together, we:
• streamline workflows so tasks stop slipping through the cracks
• automate repetitive work to save time and reduce errors
• create dashboards that give you real insight into what’s working

The result? Less firefighting, more focus — and a business that finally feels in control. Curious what that could look like for your business? Let’s connect!

The small business owners I work with are some of the hardest-working people I know.
They’re creative, committed, and resourceful — but often stuck under the weight of running everything themselves.

My job isn’t to tell you how to do your work. It’s to help you build the systems that make that work easier:
✳️ Clear processes
✳️ Organized data
✳️ Accountability tools that actually motivate your team

I bridge the gap between vision and ex*****on, so you can focus on the work that matters most.

Every improvement starts with a question: What’s the next step forward?

Through Toyota Kata coaching, I help leaders and teams develop the habit of small, daily improvements that add up to huge results. One recent client cut their team’s daily task time in half, just by focusing on clarity, rhythm, and reflection!

Progress is a practice, not a project.

Most small business owners don’t struggle because they lack passion, they struggle because they’re buried in chaos. Spreadsheets everywhere. Staff asking for direction. Projects stuck because “we’ve always done it this way.”

I help small businesses untangle that chaos and turn it into clear, repeatable systems.

Whether it’s designing better processes, building dashboards, or coaching your team through continuous improvement, my goal is to make your business run like it was built to last. If your business feels stuck or overwhelmed, let’s talk about how to get your systems working for you!

In a 2.5-hour strategy session, I mapped a client’s entire grant application process for the first time ever — uncovering hidden bottlenecks and opportunities for automation.

We redesigned their workflow to cut manual data entry and review time by 50%! Now they can submit more grants in less time, with fewer errors, and more money going where it matters most.

Real systems make real impact 👍
