Hansen Management and Maintenance Company is hiring.
Maintenance Applicant must be able to perform various property-related maintenance tasks such as landscaping, pool & spa sanitation, minor carpentry, and snow removal.
Compensation will be based on skill level, previous maintenance experience, and performance.
Vacation and 401K plan available.
Qualifications include:
-Ability to perform manual labor such as raking, lawn mowing, weeding, minor tree trimming, and similar. Winter duties include snow removal.
-Handyman skills are a plus
