In a company-wide email that recently circulated online, Elon Musk told his Tesla employees that remote work is officially a thing of the past because employees “pretend to work.”

Just as Tesla employees were returning to work from the long holiday weekend, they were in for a shock when company founder and CEO Elon Musk informed them that their remote working days have come to an end. reports, via a company-wide email, Elon Musk demanded that all Tesla employees return back to the office full-time—while telling all employees who were not happy with the announcement they could leave and “pretend to work somewhere else.”

Parts of the straight-to-the-point email read, “Anyone who wishes to do remote work must be in the office for a minimum (and I mean *minimum*) of 40 hours per week or depart Tesla. This is less than we ask of factory workers. If there are particularly exceptional contributors for whom this is impossible, I will review and approve those exceptions directly. I want to connect better with you so Let me tell you about my story… This is me in Havana, Cuba glowing under the Caribbean Sun ☀️

My name is Odrayona pronounced (Ah-Dray-On-A). Nice to meet you!

I’ve always been the type of person that learned a new skillset On-The-Job and then once I became efficient in the skillset I would seek out furthering my education and then get certified or a degree. ✅

Jobs I learned how to do O-T-J:
Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician,
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant,
Pediatric Dental Specialty Office Manager

I lead a team of about 13 employees at a Startup Dental Office where we worked 4 days a week, 3 days off, Paid Bonuses every month, & we earned $660K+ in less than 12 months (more like 8 months but for the sake of being modest I always say 12 months).

One day there was a personality conflict and a difference in moral standards of the company from when I initially started working w/ them anddddd…. I was fired. 😫

But, the termination was a blessing in disguise 🙌🏾 and TO THIS DAY that company would love to have me work with them, again! 😅🤗

And once I learned that I was good at building and nurturing RELATIONSHIPS w/ teams of employees that WANT to work AND achieve life-changing financial results for their company 🤑 I decided to get Certified in this Skillset also! 🥳

So, now I am officially Certified by the SHRM as a Talent Management HR Consultant ready to “Build Dream Teams and lead Organizational Change” 💥💯

Talk about squeezing lemons into lemonade! And I own my own business helping Amazing Women CEO’s of Businesses all across the US ditch the overwhelm in their work life and build their Dream Teams of employees that WANT to work for them and help them grow! 💥👏🏽

According to claims from a former executive with the bank, Wells Fargo allegedly held fake job interviews for minority candidates they had no intentions of hiring because the jobs were already promised to others.

reports, Joe Bruno, a former Wells Fargo executive in wealth management, is firing some explosive claims at the embattled financial institution, as he alleges that Wells Fargo purposely held fake job interviews with minority candidates for positions that were already secured by other job seekers. Bruno further states that when he complained about the blatant discrimination, he was promptly fired in summer 2021. He says that his termination came shortly after he told his superiors that the “fake interviews” were “inappropriate, morally wrong, ethically wrong,” according to an exclusive interview he did with .

If you want to stop overworking yourself in your business & really build a team of people that you understand & can build your business and watch it grow with then you need to ASSESS THE PERSONALITY TYPES THAT YOU’RE WORKING WITH. 💯 (And yes I had to type that in all caps because I need you to really get it!)

You’re hiring and firing a whole new team every 3-6 months because you’re building a team off of your intuition alone and LISTEN, LINDA! 😐 You👏🏽 Don’t 👏🏽Know👏🏽 Everything👏🏽 PERIODT.

Because if you did then… you’re Employee Retention Rate wouldn’t be in the 🗑 trash the way it is and has been 🤷🏽‍♀️🤧 I’m just saying!

You can make some progress by “Winging It” but that mentality isn’t sustainable in the long run. And I know you did not start this business, make some money, build your clientele up JUST to remain (Just over broke). You could’ve stayed working at your last 9-5 for all of that!

Because that is all you’re doing replacing one JOB with another JOB.
