This phenomenal group of professionals met for their first session of the 2026 Leadership Academy, and it was an excellent start.

They arrived ready to engage, reflect, and challenge themselves. The level of insight and openness in the room set the tone for what will be a meaningful experience over the remaining year.

Each person in this cohort should be applauded for their commitment to personal and professional growth. Choosing to invest in your development and in the people you lead requires intention and a willingness to step outside of what is comfortable.

Our Leadership Academy is a yearlong experience designed for professionals who are already exceptional leaders and are ready to lead with greater clarity, intention, and purpose. Our first session is 25 March 4:30-8:30pm, and we have one more seat available for an amazing professional looking to grow and improve.

As we begin Year 13 of our Leadership Academy, Dr. Gabrielle K. Last week Dr. Gabrielle K Gabrielli had the honor of working with excellent leaders in the millwork industry. During our 2-day strategic planning workshop, we produced a comprehensive strategic plan for World Millwork Alliance. What an honor to work with Renee Hornsby, her team, and the entire group of industry leaders in developing a strategic plan including mission, vision, core values, strategic priorities - focus areas, programs and initiatives, SMARTER goals, strategies, objectives, tactics, and metrics.

In her travels to 89 countries so far, Dr. Gabrielle K Gabrielli has met some incredible world leaders. Dr. Yassine Zarhloule, Président de l'Université Mohammed Premieris is among the best!

In the city of Nador, the city of light and peace, and in a seminar titled Peace: Towards Global Transitional Justice and in the presence of international and Moroccan experts and legal authorities, President Zarhloule was honored by the Center for Common Memory for Democracy and Peace in the presence of Dr. Omar Aziman, Counselor of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, who presented him the Shield of Honor on this happy occasion.
