There are at least 2 Instagram sites spoofing PayOut USA Inc. First we do not have an Instagram account so they are not us. 2nd they are trying to loan you money which is not what we do. Third they are frauds and stealing peoples money from thier accounts when they say they are supposed to be putting money in, they are taking it instead. Please report these accounts on Instagram and to your local police if they have tried to take advantage of you.

If you get anything saying it is from PayOut USA inc and has anything to do with a cash app it is not us! Please do not fall for fraud! Same is true for the Instagram account trying to loan people money. We do not loan money we do payroll for companies!

Our website is down, our host is working on it, we should be back up later today, Monday 12/07/2020. We will still be able to get everyone processed today and tomorrow and paid on time for Thursday and Friday pay days. This is currently affecting our email as well, we can receive emails at [email protected] but cannot send. That should be back up later this morning they say.

PayOut USA is a payroll service provider. We work with employers to pay their employees and payroll taxes and benefit providers. There are number of people spoofing our company trying to take advantage of other people. PayOut USA does not do funds transfer to pay bills we do not cash checks we are none of these things. If you ever have questions go to our legitimate website and contact our office directly before ever doing anything with one of these scammers. We will not ask you for your information via Instagram or Facebook or messenger sites. If you are scammed or know someone who is please report it to your local authorities! We have already filed complaints with both the local police department and the National internet fraud unit on these two that we are currently aware of.

There is a scam on Instagram posing as PayOut USA Inc with our info saying they make bank transfer. It is NOT PayOut USA Inc. If you use them they are draining people's bank accounts.

PayOut USA Inc is a Payroll service provider, not a loan or funds transfer service.

I highly caution people looking to take advantage of the Employer SSI and Medicare Deferral program. It is deferred, not forgiven and it is a loan that must be repaid. A lot of people are thinking it will be forgiven but it is not the same as the Payroll Protection Program Loan which whatever is used for payroll specifically will be forgiven and whatever else will be a loan. If you have questions on this please give us a call and we will be glad to help as best we can as information is coming and changing regularly.

We are now working with HomeBase to be able to access your time sheets and load them directly in our system for you in advance of pay day. If you are already a client of Clover/Homebase, Please add PayOut USA Inc as your accountant link so we can access your time sheets.
