Use their language. Prove it with your examples. That’s how you sound like the right hire before they’ve even finished the interview.

Most candidates answer from memory. Strong candidates answer from alignment:

- the same terms used in the job ad
- the same priorities the company cares about
- real examples that show depth, not just confidence

If you want to stand out, don’t just say you’re “organized” or “great with people.” Mirror the role, then make it real with receipts.
