SRI Management is pleased to announce the addition of two senior living communities in the Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston metro areas: Larkspur At Shadow Creek in Pearland and Larkspur at Twin Creeks in Allen. The additions expand SRI Management's presence across two of Texas's fastest-growing metro markets, reinforcing our continued growth in the state.

Larkspur at Shadow Creek, located at 12635 Shadow Creek Parkway in Pearland, approximately 25 minutes south of Houston, offers 257 apartment homes and cottage-style residences for adults 55 and better. Welcome to the team, Lottie!

We are pleased to welcome Lottie Underwood to SR Companies as our new Office Administrator!

Lottie brings nearly 30 years of experience in the retail beauty industry, including 15 years in management, where she developed a strong background in business operations, service excellence, and creating positive guest experiences.

In her new role, Lottie will help support the day-to-day operations of our Tallahassee office and serve as a welcoming first point of contact for team members, visitors, and guests.

“Lottie brings a strong service mindset, a warm personality, and years of experience creating positive experiences for others,” said Trina Bean, Senior Executive Administrator. “That combination is a great fit for this role, and I’m excited to have her joining our team.”

Outside of work, Lottie enjoys teaching beauty, etiquette, and wardrobing classes, serving through her church, and spending time with her family.

We had a great time at the Tennessee Health Care Association/Tennessee Center for Assisted Living Conference in Nashville this week!

Jamie Lancaster, Vice President of Operations; Lindsay Warren, Senior Divisional Director of Clinical Services; and Michelle Donnahoo, Senior Divisional Director of Sales attended the conference and had the opportunity to connect with other senior living professionals from across the state.

A special shoutout to Michelle, who was a brave participant during the breakout session, “5 Pillars of Hospitality: The Black Tie Experience!”

SRI Management is pleased to announce the addition of two senior living communities along South Carolina's Grand Strand: Arbor Landing at Pawleys in Pawleys Island and Arbor Landing at Surfside in Myrtle Beach. The additions bring SRI Management's presence in the Grand Strand region to four communities, reinforcing the company's long-standing commitment to the area.

Arbor Landing at Pawleys, located at 7419 Ocean Highway in Pawleys Island, offers Assisted Living and Memory Care across 80 units. The community's Horizons memory care neighborhood is built around consistent routines, secured spaces, and purpose-driven programming for residents living with Alzheimer's and dementia. Residents enjoy three prepared meals served daily in a restaurant-style dining room, weekly housekeeping and linen service, and a full calendar of wellness programs, card clubs, arts and crafts, music, and community outings.

Arbor Landing at Surfside, located at 3105 Dick Pond Road in Myrtle Beach, offers Independent Living and Memory Care across 100 units. Independent Living residents choose from four floor plans ranging from studio to two-bedroom apartments, each with a full kitchen, while the community's secure Memory Care neighborhood offers a purpose-built environment for residents living with Alzheimer's or dementia. Daily life includes three meals served each day, weekly housekeeping, and an activities program spanning fitness classes, crafts, baking demonstrations, musical entertainment, and a walking club.

Training days + Meatin’ Monday = a full house at the office!

We had a great couple of days in Tallahassee as new community clinical and sales leaders came together for training and connection with our corporate team.

And of course, it wouldn’t be Meatin’ Monday without the grill. Chef Seth Walker served up hamburgers and dinner franks!
