At Shadeville Elementary School, H2Engineering delivered a full‑campus HVAC transformation grounded in a thorough existing systems study and close coordination with the owner. The team evaluated multiple design paths before selecting a solution built around redundant chillers and boilers, new AHUs across every building, and the conversion of one DX‑served building to blower coil units.
A new underground hydronic distribution network now ties the campus together, supported by electrical upgrades, a new chiller distribution panel, refreshed lighting in mechanical spaces, and expanded fire alarm coverage.
With careful phasing to avoid disrupting school operations, the project delivered a modern, reliable HVAC system designed for long‑term performance and maintainability.
