I normally don't get into "political" debates like this, but someone needs to say it, and it might as well be me.

Bobby Flay is worth around $60 million. Guy Fieri is worth around $50 million. Out of the top 20 richest chefs in America, 17 of them are men, including the likes of Jamie Oliver, who is worth over $400 million. The only three female chefs to make the list are Giada DeLaurentiis, Rachael Ray, and Ina Garten.

If y'all are caught up over gender roles and who does or doesn't belong in a kitchen, you may want to rethink your position. Some of my greatest mentors in this industry have been men, and they taught me what it takes to be a success in what is one of the toughest industries to survive.

All children deserve to learn how to cook. It is a necessary survival skill. Who knows? You may be parenting the next generation of culinary greatness.

In the wake of COVID-19, and out of an abundance of caution for our staff, we are temporarily closed. However, for those paying attention, our name has changed, and we will be coming back with a new format and menu when we're all able to come together again. We're still a private chef service, but we'd like to bring something to Tallahassee that hasn't been seen. We're also working on setting up a specialty grocery storefront online that will provide tastes and collectables of the Iberian Peninsula to our customers.

Do you need a cake, pie, pastries, or other goodies for your holiday celebration? How about a ham, turkey, or rib roast for your Christmas feast?

We're taking orders for Christmas deliveries through the 20th, and of course, you can contact us anytime for a quote if you need a private chef to make your holiday party food.
