I am now working with The Children's Forum on the Florida Early Learning Leaders Institute project. I will be performing a Feasibility Study and Participation Interest Survey including Florida's early learning professional associations in the process.

I completed my contract with the Florida Head Start Association this past December. For the past 3 years I have enjoyed working with the very dedicated and hard working Head Start Directors and staff of Florida's Head Start programs. The Head Start programs provide top quality services for young children and their families and I am confident that the FHSA will continue to provide great services for these programs.

Leadership vs Management workshop- good presentation but seemed like issues presented had to do with personalities rather than functions. Managers are task focused only where Leaders are concerned with needs of staff.

This past spring I worked with the Children's Forum on their Emerging Leaders project. This project provides ten of their staff members with training and mentoring experiences designed to encourage each person to develop leadership qualities and abilities.

Our three day training provided each person a chance to assess their leadership abilities as well as offered an orienation to several different leadership theories.

Just finished a Moving Management job for the Children's Forum. We coordinated their move into a new building by strategizing the moving processes, finding and supervising the contractors (painters, carpet cleaners, etc...) and overseeing and managing the 3 days of moving. Enjoyed the work and also enjoyed working with the Forum's staff members.
