Our Tip Of The Week.
Be sure to remove all ash from the firebox of your gas fired smoker after each and every cook cycle, and dispose of it properly.
A. Keeping the firebox free of debris helps to ensure proper function of the gas burner.
B. Hot ashes and coals will cause your convection fan to fail prematurely.
C. Hot ashes and burning coals are dangerous if firebox door is left opened while machine is off and unattended.
Be safe, be clean, be diligent.
