Just a few sneak peeks at some of the works in progress for new items I will have Backwoods Country Creations when they reopen in October and at the Halloween witches fest on October 27th at the Perla Building in Tamaqua.

I will make another post when items are available for purchase online. At this time I do not have the site set up and ready to go.

Amazing news. I will be working on some new designs and plan on having some new options available when the store reopens in October

We have some amazing news!! We are finishing up our sales weekends on August 11th and as you know we are then closing the doors but… there is some amazing news that has come out of all of this.

We pulled every antique, snowman, piece of furniture, you name it, out of storage and we got a real sense of how much we had been moving each season and how much work we were creating for ourselves unnecessarily!

So we put our minds to work and decided to continue with our “INVENTORY DOWNSIZING” through August 11th with 30% to 40% off seasonal items and the antique auction on site September 8th at 9:30 am open to the public.

The amazing news is Backwoods will reopen October 2024 better than ever with a fresh new look.

I will be working on getting pictures of some the jewelry I have available and posted in albums here for the next few weeks. I am also looking into options for selling things online and some additional craft shows.

After the store closes I will be continuing to sell my jewelry at craft shows and online. I will post when I have my online shop up and running.

Hi everyone, it is with heavy hearts that we announce some major life changes for our family!
We are starting the down size of our business to enjoy the finer things in our lives…family!!!

As you can see our amazing building is now listed for sale with our good friend Kelly Boerner with Bear Rock Realty LLC please spread the word! This amazing building and location have been so good to us over the years and we would love to see another business flourish as we did.

Next weekend and the follow you will see our fall and Christmas inventory make an appearance but yes at a reduced price because EVERYTHING BACKWOODS MUST GO reduction sales will begin at 30% off July 19, 20, and 21st .

We will continue sales and increase the sales discount through August 11th when we close the doors for retail sales.

After that date we will be preparing our remaining antique inventory for an auction to be held through Wagner Auction Service on September 8th at 9:30am on-site. Mark your calendar!!

We will give you updates pictures and information as we progress but please come see us next weekend for our first round of 30% off our inventory (excluding antiques)
Harry the wood guy custom inventory is also included in the sale.
