As many of you know, our contract has expired Sep 30 at midnight and we are fighting for a fair and just contract. A contract that does not allow automation to systematically remove us from the workforce. A contract that protects American workers, with American jobs who pay taxes and help support local communities. We would appreciate all the prayers and support you have to offer during these trying times and we know that with America behind us we will prevail!

Consumers will see it not only see impacts on the shelves but also feel it in their wallets as dockworkers and longshoremen in East Coast ports are now on strike.

We've concluded the Southeastern Dock and Marine Council 2023 quarterly meeting here in Tampa this weekend! It was great to see our fellow brothers and sisters from North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Louisiana. ILA voices WILL be heard!
