We did things wrong for the last 50 years. I did things wrong as well the first 5 years of my management career. But, then……..,.

I changed!

My new book Shift Happens will be available in August. In my book, I explain 7 things we did that ruined our industry and then I offer 7 new strategies to help your restaurant crush the new economy.

One of those false beliefs is that we should use and abuse our people by overworking them and underpaying them.

We have to think differently. The new work force won’t put up with the crap we did.
