How To Properly Structure Your Business:
• Check your States secretary of State website and SEARCH YOUR BUSINESS NAME to ensure no one else has the same name.
• Choose your business structure - being it LLC or Corporation
• File your business with the Sec. of State and WAIT FOR YOUR INCORPORATED PAPERWORK TO ENSURE NO ERRORS OCCUR.
• File for an EIN number with the IRS.
• Get a business phone number, address, and fax number ( DO NOT USE A PO BOX)
• Register for a DUNS NUMBER - Wait for the DUNS NUMBER
• Begin Adding Tier 1 vendors or use a PG to get a business credit card to shorten the building process some.
