AIR is looking for a Post Recovery Clerk. Our ideal candidate will be quick learning, with the ability to multitask. This position report to the Operations Manager and works directly with all clients. Our Post Recovery Clerk will be quick and critical thinkers. Are you looking for a change in careers? Responsibilities:
• Heavy external communications management including email and multi-line phone systems
• Create and edit spreadsheets in Excel
• Oversees transportation of vehicles after recovery
• Oversees property redemptions and vehicle redemptions across six offices across the state
• Advises staff and public on office/client procedures
• Training new staff post recovery operations
• Delegates work to office staff members

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• 2 years customer service experience
• 2 years MS Office experience
• Efficient external and internal communication skills
