Today, we have a big reason to celebrate: Five years ago, Withiii Leadership officially came into being. 🎉
Our clear conviction, that organizational connectivity fundamentally shapes leadership, culture, and performance, quickly became a living, evolving practice.
Since 2021, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with leaders and organizations across industries to make the often-invisible dynamics of connectivity and relation visible. And, even more importantly, actionable!
Over the past five years, our work has grown in both scope and depth. Together with our clients and collaborators, we’ve expanded from thought leadership and leadership development into organizational assessments, relational mapping, and learning platforms designed to support real, sustained change. Last year, our founder Jim Ferrell published another book, You and We, which became an instant national bestseller in its first week and outlines much of the powerful tools and concepts that we have been bringing to organizations and executive teams around the world.
Just as importantly, we’ve learned alongside those we serve. We’ve been invited into meaningful conversations, complex challenges, and projects of genuine organizational and societal transformation. This trust that others have in us and our mission continues to shape who we are, how we work, and the kind of leadership we commit ourselves to.
This 5-year milestone is both a celebration and a moment of gratitude: For the clients who believe in our approach, for our partners and team members who are instrumental in bringing the work to life, and for a broader community of leaders who care deeply about how people relate to one another at work.
As we look ahead, our commitment remains the same. Grounded in relationships, focused on impact, and energized by what’s possible when we attend to the space between us.
