🍪Oreo time!

Are you familiar with the sandwich 🥪 method? I know, it’s like today is all about food…but these are good images that help us remember concepts.

When we communicate we usually need an intro, middle and a conclusion to convey an understandable message.

When giving feedback, it is well known the “sandwich method” because we say something positive in the beginning, then the filling can be more constructive, and we close with an encouraging message.

Thanks to Roberto Freitas I will never forget the importance of thinking outside of the box about the same concept 😄 Thanks for capturing special moments!

“You can’t f**k up anything that is meant for you, so stop being so scared of what will happen.

Trust your intuition and let your heart and soul guide you on this journey.

I promise you, you cannot mess anything up that is meant for you.”

“Seeing your strengths exactly as they are, and equally aware of where they can be best applied, for what, to whom and when, He chooses and accepts your part for you.”
