It's hump-day🐫

Have you ever felt like 🤔 I'm great at developing, designing (or whatever your ACTUAL job is) buuuut I'm NOT great at the decision-making process of the projects I'm on.

When is the best time to tackle what?
What is even the most important thing to start with in the first place?
There's a problem that came up, how do I maneuver around that without compromising the integrity of the project or without slowing us down?

The simple answer to all those questions is get a project manager (me) to guide you through the entire decision-making process and do the brain work of making sure that all the important considerations are accounted for so that we don't miss anything and don't miss a beat even when problems arise.

Cortney is absolutely one of my FAVORITE people to collaborate with. We've worked together on several projects this year and every time it's such a privilege to work for such a certified genius. Swipe to see the comment she left me after our very first project 😄

My favorite part of developers are their brains! Big brains tend to hyper focus and need BIG help to organize their work, remain focused, and stay on track.

When your mind can process 13158494331634 things a minute, you need someone like me in the background catching everything you said and creating a system to make it all happen seamlessly and in an organized manner.

Fun fact: I am also a developer and designer (I started out as one) so I can definitely relate to the struggle!
