The Gift Matchmaker

Yesterday’s Gifting Hope picnic with GainesHope Tampa Bay was a HUGE success! Giving back to our youth and community that don’t have the essentials was incredibly humbling and inspirational. Vision boards were made, shopping sprees were underway, haircuts, water fun and so much more! We are proud to be a part of such a great cause and that we can be a blessing to others!

Donor stewardship is the relationship building process that occurs once a donor has given to a nonprofit organization. The main purpose of stewarding donors is to inspire them to give again.

Your stewardship goals should revolve around forming a mutually-beneficial relationship to make your donors feel good. Sending an annual gift or thinking of ways to show appreciation will create a connection with your donors that will make them feel loyal to your nonprofit. And this, in turn, will help you fundraise in the future.
