📣 A Quick Message to Our Community ✨

As a small, family-owned business, we value every single client and every review. Our reputation has been built through consistent hard work, honesty, communication, and quality craftsmanship.

Recently, we received a negative review from someone who scheduled an estimate with us on Thursday afternoon and left a bad review only 3 business days later, even though we clearly communicated that our written estimate turnaround is 2–5 business days.

What many don’t see behind the scenes is that on the very next day, our family had a plumbing emergency that forced us to move out of our home unexpectedly. Even during that stressful time, we still communicated professionally and remained within the timeframe promised.

📍 The part that’s most discouraging:
One premature and unfair review instantly dropped our overall rating — as you can see in the screenshots below — and that’s the reality small businesses face. We don’t have large corporate teams or PR departments; small businesses like ours are run by real families trying to provide and feed their families. One negative review can make a huge impact.

⛔️ Before leaving a review for ANY small business, please consider:
• Did they exceed the timeframe they gave me?
• Did I communicate my concern first?
• Is this review fair and based on completed service?

Small businesses like ours don’t have big corporate marketing teams — reviews can make or break us. We show up for our clients even on the hardest days, and we appreciate the many amazing customers who show us the same respect in return. 💛
