You only deserve what you earn with the actions you take and the skills you learn. The world doesn't give you success because you exist, you have to put in the work. As someone who is growing a business, overtime my view on how much work has to go into a business has changed because no one cares to help you. And once I understood that, I realized that I have full control of where my business goes.

This is how I shot course videos for Ideal Strategic Partners.

I used 3 different lights for this set along with the room lights for ambient light. For audio I was using my rode NTG 4+ and I was shooting on my BMPCC4K with the sigma 18-35. One of the hardest parts about filmmaking is lighting and making it look natural with your environment. I think this turned out pretty natural and I hope this helps you understand how each light impacted the picture.

Organic content is great as long as you use it right. Organic content gets new people to trust you and builds a stronger trust with your current followers. That trust is what will get you a hiring sales closing rate because your viewer will already know so much about how you operate your business and that you do what you provide well.

Shooting in your native ISO is important. I thought you only had to be in your native ISO if you are shooting in a dark environment but you also should be even if you are in broad daylight. Now something that could contribute to this is I shoot on a mirco 4/3 sensors with a speed booster so having a smaller sensor may contribute to a noisier image. I'm sure most full frame sensors won't run into this problem but its still good practice.

Are you hustling? If you are, maybe you aren't hustling enough. Elliot and Erik really opened my eyes on how much I should be working if I want a successful business. Typically when I travel I just relax the whole time because traveling is already stressful enough but seeing how much work Elliot and Erik got done it clicked in my head that I am wasting so much time.

Social media marketing is great for being top of mind. Posting consistently allows you to be in front of your audience more and keeps them thinking about you which can bring in more customers. Brianna is a great example of this. She posts all the time about Kiefer Jewelers which makes me think about Kiefer Jewelers everyday.

Success can have a lot of different means depending on the person you ask. By defining your success you can be more focused on what your end goal is.

If you are working with a team this is also helpful to get everyone on the same page to achieve the goal together.

Organic growth is a great way to get an audience as long as you stay consistent but you don't have much control over who sees your video.

Especially if you are a business selling a product or service, you want to be in front of the right audience but that can be hard with todays algorithm.
