What does it look like to live your faith Monday through Friday—not just on Sunday?

That was the heart of Trey Traviesa’s message at our latest Executive Speaker Series.

From seeing work as a form of prayer, to creating intentional space for God, to pursuing excellence rooted in virtue, Trey reminded us that our careers are about so much more than success. They’re an opportunity to serve, to grow in holiness, and to glorify God.

These are just a few of the takeaways that challenged and inspired us. Which one speaks to you the most?

👇 Let us know in the comments.

If you’re looking for a community where faith and professional life come together, we’d love to see you at one of our upcoming YCP Tampa events.

🚤 What does it take to restore an iconic brand, lead through decades of change, and stay grounded in what matters most?

Join YCP Tampa this June as we welcome Steve Heese, President of Chris-Craft and Senior Vice President of Winnebago Power Systems.

Steve’s career has been defined by revitalizing historic brands, building exceptional teams, and leading with a long-term vision. From helping transform Chris-Craft into one of America’s most respected boat manufacturers to guiding innovation in the marine industry, his story is one of perseverance, stewardship, and purpose.

What if the room you walked into… actually made you better?

This wasn’t just another event…

A couple of weeks ago, we had a room full of people who care about growing in their faith, leading with purpose, and building something meaningful.

Hearing from reminded us of a few things we don’t hear enough:
→ Chase service, not money
→ Trust God’s timing (even when it doesn’t make sense)
→ Lead with people, not over them

And maybe the most important part…
These aren’t just ideas — they’re being lived out by people sitting right next to you.

That’s what makes YCP different.
It’s not just networking. It’s formation. It’s community. It’s growth.

If you’ve been looking for something more — this is your sign.

Come see it for yourself at our next event. 🙌
