In the locker room of the 2021 NBA Finals, Coach Monty Williams encouraged his team with his usual quote "Everything you want is on the other side of hard."
If this were easy, everyone would do it! But you're not everyone and this isn't easy. The bumpy road is that you're built for. The curved road is what sharpens your skills. You may get some bumps and bruises along the way. You may have some losses too.
It may seem hard now, but what you're striving for - the win, is right on the other side.
Although they lost in the finals, his team knows they are able to compete with the elite. And so are you!
