Irish I was eating this pizza from today!

This beauty is their Parma and it’s topped with mozzarella, provolone, prosciutto, arugula, lemon vinaigrette, and shaved Romano. It’s the perfect way to enjoy pizza on St. Patrick’s Day.

#𝗔𝗗 I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend! The weather in Florida is beautiful as ever and there is nothing more enjoyable than sipping on a refreshing cocktail while living in paradise. ⁣

I first tried about 2 years ago at an event and was mesmerized by the stunning color. This incredible spirit is handcrafted in small batch copper-pot stills and is a collaboration between Victoria Distillers and the legendary Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, British Columbia. On top of traditional botanicals, they add a signature blend of black tea served at the Empress Hotel and butterfly pea blossom, an exotic herb that balances the traditional citrus notes of gin with a warm herbal earthiness, and gives the gin its natural indigo colour. How cool is that? ⁣

This is the perfect gin to enjoy on a warm evening in your backyard. I recently discovered elderflower tonic and knew it would be the perfect combo. I enjoyed this beautiful spin on a gin and tonic and added fresh Florida strawberries and pineberries for the ultimate refreshing cocktail. If you have never had a pineberry, it is a white strawberry cultivar with a pineapple-like flavor, and red seeds. 🥰⁣

Simply fill a glass with ice, add fruit of your choice, add 1.5 oz Empress Gin, top with the tonic, and garnish with fresh thyme. Enjoy!⁣

Sometimes we all need to take a break so we can get the juices flowing again.⁣

I missed out on celebrating International Women’s Day because I was on a little break from social media. I really needed to take a few days off to just sort of disconnect and recharge my batteries. ⁣

During my time off, I had time to really think about all of the amazing women that have been paving the way of success for all of us today. It made me proud to know that I’ve always been a fighter no matter what. As a single mom who has always worked multiple jobs, I realized that every struggle is beyond worth it in the long run. Every single obstacle that we have in our life is only going to make us stronger and I am so proud of that.⁣

I just want to say how proud I am to be surrounded by and to know so many strong women in my life. They always inspire me to be a better version of myself. If you didn’t know, is women owned and I have long been a fan of their incredible juices. I will never forget my very first half marathon in Amelia Island. The day after, I enjoyed a beautiful morning by myself and had brunch at a wonderful place and enjoyed a mimosa made with their juice. From that day on I was hooked and that has been the only juice I have been buying for my family. You can find their juice and I promise, one sip and you will be hooked!⁣

This may sound cheesy, but I missed you all!

I was on an Insta break but now I’m ready to get back at it. Sometimes you need to disconnect from technology for a bit. It was nice to refrain from social media and tv for a few days.

Can we take a moment to appreciate this beautiful work of art made by ! It is absolutely stunning and perfect to enjoy during relaxing time. I have been wanting to eat in Safety Harbor for quite awhile now and finally made it today for the last day of Tampa Bay Pizza Week.⁣

While they did have a fantastic pizza week special, I decided to just go crazy and order a few things. ⁣
