An empty floor, a full room, and a first look at what comes next.

Our team joined Cushman & Wakefield and for a sip and see at New York Life's new Philadelphia space at 3 Logan Square, where local employees got their first look at the office they will be moving into. The grand opening comes once the build-out is complete. We are glad to be in the room this early.

Good partnerships make complex projects easier and better for everyone.

When Apex Service Partners planned its Tampa office relocation, ROF served as furniture dealer of record and brought in two partners we’ve worked alongside for years: Suddath Moving & Storage to relocate existing assets and My Favorite Art Place to handle artwork and wall graphics.

All three companies are CREW Tampa Bay members. Together, we coordinated the furniture installation, relocation, and decommissioning of Apex’s former office. When a building-access issue came up, we worked through it together. Apex had one project and one point of accountability.

The finished workplace spans 10,500 square feet, with 28 height-adjustable benching stations, 14 private offices, meeting spaces, a wellness and mother’s room, reception, café, and game room.

Our first big project with a Long Island client came with a hard rule: match the furniture standard they already had, exactly, and make it worth the risk of switching from the largest dealer in the country for their brand. Anything that did not match had to be demonstrably better.

Microsoft reports that 54% of employees click AI-written phishing emails.

October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month, and the basics from Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) come down to a handful of habits any employee can start today.

We are furniture people, not security people. But our job is helping clients work safely, and for many of them, from healthcare to fraud detection, security is the first requirement of the space. So we added the two habits that live in the furniture.

Happy National Manufacturing Day from Reimagine Office Furnishings!

Here is what surprises people about our Tampa remanufacturing facility: every piece is done by hand. No two workstations arrive in the same condition, no two clients want the same finish, and no machine can judge whether a 10-year-old Steelcase frame is worth rebuilding. Our craftspeople can.

Every panel, chair, and surface is stripped, rebuilt, refinished, and inspected by a person who has done it thousands of times. That craftsmanship is what UL certifies. ROF is one of only six UL-certified office furniture remanufacturers in the United States.

Pink is the dress code at ROF today!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this year our team is joining CREW Tampa Bay's City in Pink. The pink starts at our front door today and stays up all month, with more to come: the City in Pink networking cruise on October 15 and a Pink Party here at ROF on October 22 for the dealer and manufacturer partners who help us every day.

We are also raising funds for The Common Thread For The Cure Foundation, our industry's own charity. Since 2000 it has united the contract furnishings industry in the fight against breast cancer, funding confidential grants to people in the furnishings and design industries who are facing it.

We recently rescued a fleet of these Steelcase QiVi Collaboration Chairs - some with the original factory tags still attached!

If you can believe it, chairs like these get thrown out every day, barely used, just because a company moved or refreshed. We rescue them instead. Inspected and ready for a second life, they'll land in another workspace at a fraction of the cost of new. Maybe yours?
