We just delivered a background check report for a job applicant. The applicant had 7 aliases and convictions and or open charges for child po*******hy, assault and battery, stalking, drugs and more. I saw one of his mug shots and he was wearing a uniform for the heating and cooling company he was working for at the time of one of his arrests. Not a good look for that company. Don't let that be your company. Use a thorough and reputable background check company to run checks BEFORE you hire (unless you are in New York City where that is not allowed).
