What an obsolete mislead. The inflation rate aka = probable menu price increases is equal to the expected 6.4% increase in revenue (based on consumer reporting) Therefore the market is flat! We are absolutely optimistic, but this hype is not good reactional data.

Sales at restaurants and bars were up around 25 percent from last year. Part of that is likely due to pent-up demand.
