Here's a live MLS feed for one particular real estate office within the custom design of their own site. If you have experience with MLS, you may know that the interface, feeds, and iframe embed tools they give access to are pretty limited. With this feed, the realtors only have to list their properties on MLS and they auto-feed into the website. The listings can be styled in any way possible because they are not in an iframe, they're part of the site itself.

Real estate in Hernando, Citrus and Pasco Counties. Search for Commercial land, commercial buildings, residential buildings, and residential land.

We recently took over a site that had a less than desirable experience with their last developer / marketing company. This one was just a hosting migration with minor changes. We feel autonomy over domains, hosting, etc.. should be transparent. Client is much happier knowing when things need to be renewed, and what exactly they are paying for.
