It's annual review time and at my job they recommend we do self assessment but it's not required...most people don't do the self assessment...I also notice most people don't like to talk about themselves....I personally do the self assessment so I can see where I truly stand, to see if I've grown or declined. Also I want to see where improvements can be made. It's the place where I own my Truth...

We must do self assessments on our personal lives to see exactly where we stand spiritually, mentally, physically, financially, relationally and etc. We run from these places because deep down we already know the Truth, we're just not ready to Face Truth. If we're not ready to Face Truth, that's also ok because it just means we're not ready to make the change or transition. We must be real with ourselves and acknowledge the place we find ourselves in so we can get to the root of the matter when we are ready for the change.

Do it even when you're afraid

This morning fog was really crazy but I still had to go to work...while driving I was literally praying the whole time because I really couldn't see I just knew I had to get to work....

Isn't that ironic? God has called many of us to do something and whatever our FOG is we allow it to hinder us from moving...but just as I got to work in this FOG is the exact way we will reach our destination if only we move. The FOG represent the obstacles that we could or will face during the journey...If I would of waited until the fog cleared in order to drive, I wouldn't have made it to the work. We won't know what we are capable of if we don't move at all.

God knew fear would come that's why he tells us constantly not to be afraid, so we honestly can't use it as an excuse.

This morning at work I was walking from the parking lot with a co worker and we was going to the same building...we was walking and talking . The building is a two story building my morning routine is to take the elevator and her routine is to take stairs....when we got to the lobby, there was a slight pause I guess we were trying to see if one of us will give in to do something we really didn't want to do..I spoke up and said I'm going up the elevator and she proceeded to go towards the stairs and she said I'll meet you up top. We didn't make each other feel bad or try to manipulate to get the other person to do what we want.

A part of knowing who you are is knowing what you like and what you don't like....many times we compromise because we don't know who we are ..we do things to be accepted by people and we neglect ourselves in the process...JUST BE YOU.... if you're a elevator rider you get on that elevator, if you take the stairs take those stairs... whoever is meant to be in your life will meet you at the top and those who doesn't will remain in the Lobby...

Many want the Glory, but are unable to handle the weight of it. In the natural in order to lift weights effectively or the ability to lift more lbs, it Is advised you do some weight training to build and strengthen your muscles. Without the proper training, you can really do damage to your physical body. As it is in the physical so it Is in the spiritual. You want God's weight to sit on you? Are you willing to go through spiritual weight training (all that it entails)? There is a process...many don't like the Process, but it's the only way you'll get real results. When you skip process you're just performing and you're not operating under the spirit of God (gift comes without repentance). You want to be God's Glory carrier? Come through the refiner fire, and allow the potter to make you into another vessel.....

"On Christ the solid rock I stand, all other grounds is sinking sands"...this is the season where every ground that isn't Christ will surely sink...whatever that other "ground" is for you will be shaken and you will see you can't trust it because it will fail you...Turn back to God!
