If you’re looking to lean out and improve your body composition, keep it simple and consistent. These 4 things have made a real difference for me:

1. Cut out artificial sweeteners
2. Eat some type of vegetable every single day
3. Stop drinking soda and juices
4. Limit eating out to once a week
