Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of communication in the past two weeks or so.๐๐ I've been refocusing on what I want to do with my life and was going through a roller coaster of emotions.๐ I really love Crossfit...๐ Even though I can barely achieve an air squat without falling on my buttocks.๐ฅ๐ I want to be a coach and trainer of this methodology, so I was prepping for my Level 1 Seminar this past weekend.๐ Why Crossfit? Primarily because of the powerful impact it's had on my life.๐ I can feel and see the difference in my body, and my physical capabilities have increased beyond what I ever thought was possible. Nothing I've tried before has worked this well for me. And this is the first time I've ever truly had fun working out.๐ What I like most is that it's consistent personal development (there's always something to improve on). I've learned more about myself in my 3-4 short months of doing Crossfit than I ever have in my 5 long years of traditional training. For example: I have tight ankles and hips, my left knee is tight from being overworked, and my achilles tendon and hamstrings are like steel cables lol.๐ How did I learn all of this? From my attempts to perform functional movements and cues from a coach. What's even more fascinating is that these ailments/limitations aren't permanent. They can be fixed over time with consistent stretching, body rolling, and movement.๐ Anyway, thank you to all who have reached out to me. I truly appreciate your support and kindness.
