Several years ago I was battling for my life and struggling mentally. It was right around April/May when I was about to break but my perspective changed... just a bit. Just enough to move me in the right direction.

I think about this every so often and especially with May being Mental Health Awareness month so I wrote a bit about that situation a few years ago.
