Before Model Perfect Designs, I had a corporate sales career and a degree in Fashion Merchandising & Textiles. Two things I didn't realize yet would become the foundation of what I do now.

At every price point, I select the furnishings and
palette to highlight the home's best features — but the higher the price, the more that decision matters. Buyers at that level expect to feel it, not just see it. I look at every home the way a Realtor has to sell it — finding the buyer's objections before they walk through the door, then staging to highlight the best parts while quietly overcoming the shortcomings. That approach doesn't change. What changes is how far the details have to go.
