CHAPTER 31 STARTED OFF WITH A LITTLE LOVE & SELF CARE. 💅🏾🖤

Kay and I went to get pedicures together, and of course, she ended up getting her acrylics filled in too. 😂

There’s something about taking a little time to slow down, get pampered, and just enjoy each other’s company.

Self care hits different when you get to do it with your person. 🥰

And as always, it’s a great time at my favorite nail shop in Tampa! 💅🏾✨

The best part about creating a family that parties together is realizing that the relationships don’t end when the party does. 🖤

We start out meeting at events, dancing, laughing, and having a good time… and before you know it, we’re hanging out outside of the parties, checking on each other, building real friendships, and gaining masc bros, sisters, and chosen family. 🤞🏾🏳️‍🌈

And THAT is what makes Just Party Life so meaningful.

Because it creates a sense of accountability, community, and connection. The same people you’re laughing with on the good days can be the people you lean on when life gets heavy.

Sometimes you don’t need someone to fix everything. You just need somebody who says, “I got you. You’re not walking through this alone.”

We came for the party…

Going out with Kay is SO much fun. 😂🖤

Whether we’re dressed up, acting silly, trying something new, or just outside enjoying each other’s company, somehow we always end up having a TIME! 😂🔥

It’s the laughter, the memories, the random adventures, and having somebody who makes getting outside feel worth it.

Life is better when you have somebody to enjoy it with. 🥹🖤

Just Party Life isn’t always about where we go—it’s about WHO you get to experience life with. ✨

Just Party Life isn’t about pretending the pain doesn’t exist. It’s about reminding ourselves that the pain doesn’t get to be the ONLY thing that exists. 🖤

Sometimes you need to get dressed, step outside, laugh until your stomach hurts, dance a little, sit at the table with your people, and remember who you are outside of your diagnosis.

We all carry things nobody else can see. Fear. Frustration. Trauma. Exhaustion. Things we don’t always have the words to explain.

That’s why finding your people matters.

The people you can be completely yourself around. The people who don’t make you feel like a burden. The people who will celebrate with you when you’re doing good and sit beside you when you’re not.

Life is hard enough. You deserve moments that feel GOOD.

So come find your people.
Come laugh. Come connect. Come release.
Come LIVE again. 🖤✨

We’ve got enough going on in life. Sometimes you just need your people, a good outfit, some music, good energy, and a reason to forget about everything for a few hours.

So who’s getting dressed?
Who’s calling the crew?
Who’s looking for somewhere to go?
Who’s OUTSIDE?! 😮‍💨🔥

Because Just Party Life is not just about going out…

It’s about finding your people, making memories, and giving yourself permission to enjoy life.

Sometimes we’re not looking for anything complicated. We’re just looking for a good time—a few hours where we can forget about the pain we survive through every single day.

But Just Party Life is so much more than going out.

It’s about building a family. Finding people you can laugh with, cry with, be vulnerable with, and release the fears and frustrations you’ve been carrying. It’s about finding a place where you don’t have to explain every part of yourself before you’re accepted.

Because life is already hard enough.

We shouldn’t have to walk through the darkness alone.

Find your people. 🤍
Find the ones who will carry you when you’re too tired to keep walking.
The ones who will sit beside you in the dark until you can see the light again.
