BICSI is a professional association supporting the information technology systems (ITS) industry. ITS covers the spectrum of voice, data, electronic safety & security, and audio & video technologies. It encompasses the design, integration and installation of pathways, spaces, fiber- and copper-based distribution systems, wireless-based systems and infrastructure that supports the transportation of information and associated signaling between and among communications and information gathering devices. BICSI provides information, education and knowledge assessment for individuals and companies in the ITS industry. We serve more than 23,000 ITS professionals, including designers, installers and technicians.

AI’s future depends on physical infrastructure, and the scale of investment in fiber is making that dependence increasingly clear.

Verizon and Corning’s multibillion-dollar agreement for more than 80 million miles of optical fiber from 2027–2032 will support broadband expansion and AI connectivity.

Behind every application is physical infrastructure connecting enormous amounts of computing capacity and moving unprecedented volumes of data.

The industry is planning for these needs years in advance. Workforce readiness requires the same foresight. Developing enough skilled professionals to design, install, and manage this growth can’t be an afterthought.

Four days. Countless conversations. One connected community.

BICSI Beyond 2026 brought together professionals from across the connected infrastructure community to learn, exchange ideas, discover what’s next, and strengthen the connections that move our industry forward.

From the masterclasses and packed Exhibit Hall to unforgettable keynotes, new connections, shared experiences, and a concert we won’t soon forget, every part of this week was shaped by the people who showed up and made it their own.

To our attendees, exhibitors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, partners, and everyone who helped bring BICSI Beyond 2026 to life: thank you.

The morning kicked off with more Masterclasses, followed by one of today’s highlights: the Women in BICSI and Emerging Professionals Meet & Greet, bringing professionals together to connect, share experiences, and build new relationships.

Day Two of is in full swing.

More masterclasses are underway, conversations are happening across Mandalay Bay, and attendees are connecting with colleagues, peers, and new faces from across the connected infrastructure community.

And we’re just getting started.

The Exhibit Hall opens today at 4:30 p.m., bringing even more opportunities to explore new technologies, meet with industry leaders, and see what’s next for ICT.
