Part 10 of 21 | Random Testing – Why It’s So Important

Random testing is one of the biggest pain points for repair stations — especially those operating internationally.

The FAA doesn’t accept “close enough.” Selections must be truly random. No cherry-picking favorite employees, no swapping someone in for convenience, and no skipping a selection just because a person is on leave or working a different shift. Once a name comes up, that test has to be completed on time. No exceptions.
