Back in December, our Founder and Brand President, joined .paladichuk on the Nail A.I. Podcast to talk about building a roofing company that thinks differently.

Happy Mothers Day to all of you amazing moms💗

Below is very sweet Mothers Day post from my Bumble Roofing family.

If you know Katie Lepper, you know she’s probably doing 14 things at once and somehow still finding time to hype people up along the way.

This week, we’re celebrating the moms across the Bumble Roofing network and today, we’re spotlighting our Director of Franchise Development, Katie Lepper.

For Katie, motherhood has shaped the way she approaches both work and life.

“I work hard so my children will have the freedom and power to be whatever they want. I show them what healthy boundaries look like and a work/life balance. Persistence in my career will show them they can be anyone they want to be, but it takes hard work, grit, and determination.”

And according to her son Brody? Mom mostly “yaps on Teams all day.” 😂
But he also calls her “Boss Mom,” says she does “epic” things, and apparently thinks she’s “iconic” when he sees her podcast clips and posts which honestly, feels pretty accurate. 👑 🐝

One thing Katie hopes other moms remember while navigating their careers:
“Family first! Kids will grow up and start their own families one day. Create memories of quality time together now.”

She’s also passionate about helping people create lives that feel more aligned with what matters most, which is a huge part of why she believes so deeply in entrepreneurship and franchising.

And whether she’s talking to candidates, coworkers, or her own kids, one phrase comes up often: “I’m so proud of you.” Because sometimes hearing that from someone you respect changes everything!

We’re grateful for Katie and for all the mothers across Bumble Roofing who continue to lead with grit, heart, humor, and authenticity every day.

Every year we show up for the outfits, the bets, and the energy of the Kentucky Derby… but this year hit different.

Watching Golden Tempo come from the back, and the emotion at the finish…..we were in tears. I’ve never rooted harder. This is the first time a female trainer ( ) has won the Kentucky Derby 🐎🎉💃

It was a reminder: sometimes you’re the one coming from behind, showing up in spaces not always built for you… and still, you win.

To ALL the women in business, home services, and especially roofing, keep going. We’re not just in the race… we’re leading it 🐝

We connect every week, but nothing replaces that face-to-face time, the conversations, the energy, the alignment. This team truly runs like a well-oiled machine, and it shows in everything we do.
