Today we welcomed home Jamie “Doc” Sclater with an honor transport surrounded by an incredible show of love, respect, and brotherhood.

We are deeply grateful to all the families, friends, riders, supporters, and community members who stood, cheered, prayed, and rode alongside us during this difficult time for Doc’s family and our team.

With over 60 vehicles, motorcycles, and law enforcement escorts, the outpouring of support was powerful and humbling. Special thanks to and Tampa International Airport police for their professionalism, care, and honor shown throughout the transport.

Through many tears, laughs, stories, and prayers, we celebrate the life and legacy of our senior instructor, teammate, and friend.
Greatful for knowing Jamie had put his faith into Jesus in the last few years - and we have hope beyond the grave.

Please continue to keep Doc’s family in your prayers and support them in the days ahead. A Celebration of Life service will be announced later this month.

Honor Transport Tonight

Our fallen brother Jamie “Doc” Sclater is coming home tonight. To honor him and his family, we will have an Honor Transport Motorcade that will welcome him home and transport him back to his home.

If you would like to be a part of this, we will meet at Tampa International Airport in the cell phone lot between 8:30 PM and 9 PM. The family flight arrives with Doc at 9:45 PM.

Today we honor the life of Jamie “Doc” Sclater; a father, a son, a brother, a husband, a Marine Scout Sniper, a Navy Corpsman, an instructor, a Paralympian swimmer, an operator, an agent, and a true friend.

Jamie was the kind of person whose presence could never be replaced. He lived with courage, lived with purpose, and gave so much of himself to others both personally and professionally. He carried the heart of a warrior, the discipline of a teacher, and the compassion of someone who stood beside others in their hardest moments. His pursuit of excellence in everything he did forced those around him to elevate and be better.

To many, he was “Doc.” To those closest to him, he was family, loyalty, laughter, strength, and love. He was a piece of our heart and a piece of our life. His legacy will live on through the countless people he inspired, protected, guided, and loved.

In moments like this, when grief feels unbearable and questions feel endless, we hold tightly to our faith in Jesus Christ. We trust that God’s mercy is greater than our understanding, and we celebrate that Jamie gave his life to Jesus last year. May we lean on Christ for strength, comfort, and healing in the days ahead, and may we never forget the importance of loving and lifting each other up while we still can.

There are no words heavy enough for a loss like this, but there is gratitude; gratitude for having known him, learned from him, and shared in his life.

Rest easy, Doc. Your watch may be over, but your impact will never fade. May your memory be eternal!!!

Time to take the next step in your security career!

The EES Academy G License Armed Security Training is scheduled for May 29-31, and registration is now open.

This intensive, state-required training is for licensed D holders looking to become certified armed security officers.

NOTE: ANYONE MAY TAKE THIS CLASS. However, in order for you to OBTAIN a Class “G” Statewide Fi****ms License, you MUST:
- Have completed a state-mandated 40-hour unarmed Security Officer training program, OR
- Be scheduled to complete a state-mandated 40-hour unarmed Security Officer training program, OR
- Possess a valid FL Class “D” Security Officer License, OR
- Possess a valid FL Class “CC” Private Investigator Intern License, OR
- Possess a valid FL Class “C” Private Investigator License.

As a pre-requisite for applying for the Class “G” license, an applicant must complete a state-mandated 28-hour training course, pass a written examination and successfully pass a 48-round qualification course of fire.

As summer approches, remember that popular tourist destinations are also a hotspot for crime. Be aware of your surroundings at all times.

Places like Cancun are known for frequent motorcycle robberies like this. Two girls wallking alone down back streets is exactly what the criminals are hoping to come across.

Teach your family what to look out for, and what situations/places to avoid. It's not fear and paranoia to teach them awareness...its wisdom. Because complacency can be detrimental.

Thankfully these girls were not harmed or worse, taken.
