Last month, Globalcycle successfully recycled over 1.45 million gallons of water. If you have any up-coming projects that may generate industrial waste waters, please visit our web-site and request a quote, as we may be significantly more cost effective than obtaining a NPDES discharge permit or shipping to a TSDF: www.globalcycleinc.com

Globalcycle just completed a large project that resulted in transporting and recycling 450,000 gallons of industrial wastewater over an 8 day period. We have a fleet of dedicated 9,000-gallon vacuum tanker trucks that can typically haul up to 8,000 gallons/load. Please visit our website and request a quote for any upcoming projects that you may be considering obtaining a NPDES discharge permit, as Globalcycle may be a more cost effective solution to on-site treat/discharge: www.globalcycleinc.com

Globalcycle, Inc. and its subcontractors are considered (i) Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers under the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (“CISA”) guidance on Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers dated March 19th, 2020; and (ii) an Essential Worker under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (“FMSCA”) Emergency Declaration dated March 18th, 2020.

The CISA guidance identifies workers who conduct a range of operations and services that are essential to continued critical infrastructure viability. The guidance is intended to promote the ability of such workers to continue to work during periods of community restriction, access management, social distancing, or closure orders/directives as state and local officials work to protect their communities, while ensuring continuity of functions critical to public health and safety.
Critical infrastructure identified by CISA includes, without limitation, the following:
• Operational staff at wastewater treatment facilities
• Truck drivers who haul hazardous and waste materials to support critical infrastructure, capabilities, functions, and services.
• Licensed site clean-up professionals and other workers addressing hazardous spills, waste sites, and remediation.
• Support to ensure the effective removal, storage, and disposal of residential and commercial solid waste and hazardous waste.
• Workers who support hazardous materials response and cleanup.
The FMCSA Emergency Declaration address emergency conditions that create a need for immediate transportation of essential supplies, equipment and persons; and provides necessary relief from Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations for carriers and drivers engaged in the transportation of essential services, which includes the transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
We ask that the holder be given prompt passage to his/her place of work, service location and home consistent with the above-referenced federal guidelines/declarations, as well as any applicable state or local requirements.

The MassDEP “Greener Cleanups Guidance” WSC #14-150, provides guidance in support of contaminated site clean-up & approaches that maximize the net environmental benefit. The purpose of this guidance is to support environmental professionals (e.g. LSPs) in their consideration and use of greener approaches for site assessment and remediation, that eliminate or reduce the environmental footprint of cleanup activities to the maximum extent possible.

The focus of such approaches includes addressing five core elements or factors for reducing the environmental footprint of a clean-up; two of which include:
• Recycling wastes; and
• Avoiding or reducing adverse impacts to ecosystems (NPDES discharges may still contain pollutants)

Utilizing Globalcycle’s waste water treatment and recycling facility located in Taunton, MA meets these 2 core objectives. Globalcycle can accept non-hazardous waste waters both in bulk and in containers (e.g. purge and IDW waste waters).
