Hello All!
Things have been super busy at Kelen’orah these last few weeks!

Just wanted to take a minute and make a small announcement!!

Due to so many last minute cancellations on orders that have already been made and ready to deliver, we will be requiring a half down NON REFUNDABLE deposit at the time that any order is placed. The deposit goes towards supplies needed for each custom order, and when a cancellation is last minute with no deposit we are out all the costs and a wasted sweets.

Pick up times should be honored as well. We do schedule pick ups certain times to make sure We have your order ready to go as well as be on time for the next pick up in place. As we understand life happens and things do come up, we ask for a courtesy message or call to inform us if running behind the scheduled time.

Delivery charges are an additional $15+ added on to the cost of your order, depending on location.

Thank you all for supporting the Kakery and your continued orders! We absolutely love creating the perfect sweets for your special occasions!
