Out with the old to make room for what’s next! A little sign removal action over at Genthe Chevrolet. Even a takedown takes skill, precision, and a crew that knows how to get it done right.

At MI Custom Signs, we don’t just put signs up — we know how to bring them down, too!

The Osprey on Grosse Ile is getting close to opening, and this place has been handled with what we’ll call “white-glove service”
minus the actual white gloves. More like CLEAN FINGERS, people. 😂

This interior signage had to match the level of detail going into the entire place. Templates laid out, holes drilled, wiring hidden, paint touched up, fingerprints wiped away and every little mark handled so when it’s finished, you see the design—not everything it took to get it there.

And the attention to detail here is no joke. They’ve got people touching up areas near the ceiling, standing back, looking again, changing tiny things and asking opinions before anything gets called finished. I especially loved watching the men genuinely value the women’s eye on the design—“Does this look right? What do you think?” Everybody has a voice, and nobody seems interested in “eh, good enough.”

That’s our kind of project.

The Osprey is unfolding beautifully, and MI Custom Signs is pretty proud to be putting some of those finishing touches on it.

Clean fingers. Sharp eyes. No fingerprints. Every detail matters.

Up and at ’em — the router is already making signs and making chips fly.

Clean work area, clean cuts, clean results. A busy shop doesn’t have to be a messy shop.

Production is moving and the day is just getting started.

This is where it starts. Just raw aluminum, stacked on a table. Next thing you know, it’s fabricated, wired, painted, lit up and hanging on a building—telling everybody who you are, where you belong, and that you’ve officially arrived.

Pretty amazing when you think about what a sign becomes from where it started.

Production is absolutely boiling over. đŸ”„ Channel letters, returns, faces and cabinets in every stage of fabrication — from BIG to ridiculously tiny. Every bend, every curve, every little return is built right here in-house by our crew. Big signs get the attention, but those tiny letters show the skill. 👏

White glove service, right down to the finishing touches. đŸ€Œ

We had the pleasure of installing this dimensional interior lettering for Verità Telecommunications Corporation in Plymouth, Michigan — a telecommunications infrastructure company specializing in engineering, construction, fiber/broadband and wireless network development.

Clean walls, crisp lettering, precise placement. Interior signage may be smaller than the big stuff we install outside, but it gets the same MI Custom Signs attention to detail every single time.
