Great projects inspire us, but the people make the experience! 🌿

Karin and Al’s visit to Berlin for the European Interior Landscaping Organisation (EILO) event was also an opportunity to connect with others who share our passion for growing this industry including our very own Plant Designs LDN ESM - Essential Source Marketing Vulkaponic USA

These connections mean so much to our NIN community. Sharing ideas, learning from one another, and building friendships across borders gives us more opportunities to grow together.

Last week, NIN Co-Directors Karin Horn and Al Martin represented our community at the European Interior Landscaping Organisation (EILO) event in Berlin. EILO - European Interior Landscaping Organisation connects interiorscape professionals and suppliers across Europe to share knowledge, expertise, and inspiration and this visit brought that spirit to life!

Seeing these projects firsthand offered fresh ideas, new perspectives, and a chance to appreciate the creativity and care our European peers bring to their work. We’re excited to share a little of that inspiration with our NIN community!

What an incredible few days in Newport, Rhode Island!

Our 2026 NIN Fall Retreat has officially wrapped up, and we are leaving with full hearts, fresh perspectives, and an even stronger sense of community!

From meaningful conversations and shared insights to laughter, collaboration, and unforgettable moments together, this retreat was a wonderful reminder of what makes the NIN community so special.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone with Plantasia who contributed and helped make last week such a success.

To those who weren’t able to join us this time, you were certainly missed! We look forward to reconnecting with you at our upcoming events and continuing to grow together.

The hardest part of these trips is saying goodbye to everyone. You all are what makes these trips so memorable, and having everyone in one place is truly the best time spent with one another.
