❄️ Winter Weather Reminders ❄️

We have been working hard and doing our best to make deliveries and there are a few ways you can help us!

Please continue to check and notify us of your tank % no later than 30% due to the extended cold we have all been experiencing. This is especially important if you have a heat pump with propane back up that has been running.

As winter weather continues, we want to kindly remind our customers to please keep driveways, walkways, and paths to propane tanks clear of snow and ice as much as possible. Our delivery trucks are not four wheel drive and cannot safely deliver on packed snow or ice. Below are pictures of gravel driveways we have and have not been able to make deliveries to.

Your help goes a long way in keeping both our team and your home safe and warm during the colder months. We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

Our normal 502-477-2234 office number seems to be working correctly now but we will leave the temporary emergency number up overnight in case it goes back down. Thank you for your patience at this busy time!

We have set up a temporary emergency only number. For non-emergencies we are still receiving texts at our office (502) 477-2234.

RingCentral Outage:

We want to inform you that RingCentral, our phone provider, is currently experiencing a nationwide outage. Our phones are currently down and we cannot dial out or receive calls. We have submitted a ticket with RingCentral as it is an issue related to them with other users reporting outages as well.

We are still receiving text messages at 502-477-2234 if you need to get in touch with us. We apologize and would like them to come back on as soon as possible as well!

Check your tank percentages! Please remember you must call when your tank is between 30% and 40%.

We are attempting deliveries today but to be able to deliver we need the road & driveways to be clear! If they are not cleared our trucks will sink in the snow and get stuck because they are not four-wheel drive and very heavy.

If your driveway has been cleared and you have a delivery ticket in with us you can call and let us know and we will update your ticket. **Please do not tell us they are cleared unless they actually are as this causes delays in everyone getting their delivery if we go there and cannot deliver**
