🎉 10 YEARS! 🎉
Ten years ago, we took a leap of faith and started Backhaus Excavation & Underground with a dream, a lot of determination, and a willingness to work hard. We never imagined where that leap would take us, and today we're incredibly grateful to celebrate 10 years in business.
Over the past decade, we've experienced many milestones, but one of the biggest has been purchasing our own shop. It represents years of hard work, perseverance, and believing in what we were building.
Backhaus has always been more than a business—it's our family. Our children have grown up right alongside this company. Whether they're stopping by the office, riding along to job sites, helping with small tasks, or simply being part of our everyday operations, they've witnessed firsthand what dedication, teamwork, and hard work look like. Even Emma, our *learning to be* shop dog, has become part of the Backhaus crew and keeps everyone smiling!
We've always been a small but mighty team. While we may not be the biggest company, we take pride in the relationships we've built, the quality of our work, and the people who make it all possible.
To every employee who has been part of our journey—thank you. We truly could not have done this without you. Your dedication, work ethic, and commitment have helped shape Backhaus into what it is today. Each of you has played an important role in our story.
