Can’t even have a family reunion. and guess what he was charged with not murder, not attempted murder not that anyone died, but he came back with a rifle and shot at a family doing their family reunion. You have matriarchs of the family laying under Carr scared to death. Guess what he was charged with? Aggravated assault not attempted murder. Anyone who does not understand that Karmelo Anthony should not have even been charged with MURDER is a part of the problem. Murder vs. Criminally negligent homocide vs. INVOLUNTARY MANSLAUGHTER!!!!
